George “Birc” Morledge, IV

Founder & Lead Attorney

Birc earned his law degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, passed the bar in 2008, and has built his legal career around a simple idea: defend the underdog. While government agencies (state or federal) bring massive resources, our job is to bring everything we’ve got to your side—every time.

He’s married, a father of four, a former college athlete and team captain, and someone who doesn’t believe in lighting the scoreboard—he believes in out-working the opponent. He was named one of Arkansas’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 and also recognized as one of the Ten Best Criminal Law Attorneys in Arkansas for client satisfaction.
